CustodyCalendar is a local-first application. Camera, Microphone (audio), and Location access is required solely to create and seal forensic evidence on your device. This allows the app to capture media, record contemporaneous audio, and attach verifiable coordinates to each entry.
Our Commitment to Your Data:
- No Data Transmission: Your evidence is not transmitted to our servers. There is no cloud account required.
- No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use these permissions to collect analytics for advertising.
- Local Control: Data remains under your exclusive control on your device. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your records at any time within the app.
- No Data Access or Sale: Because your data is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to our servers, we have no technical means to access, view, or sell your custody timelines, media, or personal data to third parties.
